Log into your Julhs account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse processes your refund or exchange.
